Butternut squash veggie pizza

broccolini, ends trimmed

red onion, chopped

chickpeas, drained and rinsed

fresh or dried oregano, or 2 bay leaves

pre-made whole wheat dough ball
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese
Butternut squash veggie pizza sauce
3 cups
diced butternut squash (if using fresh, peel before dicing)

cloves garlic
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
- Roll out pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with 1 cup sauce, veggies and chickpeas. Top with parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until crust is crispy.
