1 large, hard-boiled

1 (cut into wedges)

Directions
- In a small skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until warmed through and slightly golden on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast bread.
- Smash avocado onto toast and sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Build sandwich by layering bacon, avocado, lettuce, egg, and tomato.
- Serve with orange.
