Blackberry-Ginger Barbecue Sauce

blackberries

tomato paste

water
1/2 tablespoon
ginger, minced

apple cider vinegar

small red chilis, dried, chopped

agave nectar
2 teaspoons
lemon juice
1 teaspoon
olive oil
1 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon
soy sauce
2 tablespoons
brown sugar, dark
Directions
  1. Place all blackberry sauce ingredients in a blender and puree on high until reaching a smooth, thick consistency, approximately 2 minutes. Pour into a microwavable container.
