chickpeas

tahini

olive oil
3 slices
roasted red bell peppers
Directions
- Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and olive oil in food processor. Add roasted red peppers and pulse until well combined. Add reserved liquid to make a creamier consistency. Place in dish or into refrigerator until ready to serve.
