          Ingredients
          1 halved
      
            lemon
      
      2 cups cubed 
      
            pineapple
      
      2 roughly chopped
      
            carrots
      
       ½ cup
      
            ice
      
      Directions
              - Using a citrus squeezer, squeeze the juice from the lemon into a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve the juice as is or strain it through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the pulp before serving.
