Try this delicious alternative to traditional burgers, packed with omega-3s and protein.

Ingredients
2 (6oz) cans canned
salmon (try Wild Planet Wild Pink Salmon)
2 cloves
garlic clove, minced
2 green
onions, chopped
1 Tbsp.
fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
2 tsp.
Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp.
cayenne pepper (optional)

eggs
3 Tbsp.
almond flour
1 tbsp.
olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil. Mix well.
- Form burgers into 8 burgers.
- Preheat pan, add oil.
- Carefully add burgers to the pan, cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked.
