Ingredients
Garnish with
chopped chives
2/3 cup
low fat cottage cheese
1 Tbs.
apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
to taste
salt & pepper
2 tsp.
olive oil
pinch
smoked paprika
Directions
  1.  Combine 1-5 in food proces-sor and puree until smooth
  2.  Chill 30 minutes
  3.  Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and chives. Serve!
