Brush up on your 2026 plan

Book your annual wellness visit and physical
These yearly appointments are key to staying healthy — and they’re available at no cost. Together with your provider, you’ll review your health history, check in on how you’re doing now, and plan any preventive screenings you may need.
2 drugs cost the same as a 60-day supply at any network pharmacy. Ask your provider for a 90-day prescription to save money.
Schedule preventive screening
Mammograms, colonoscopies, and other screenings help find problems early when they’re easier (and cheaper) to treat. Ask your PCP which tests you need this year.
Use dental, vision, and hearing benefits
There are no copays for routine in-network dental, vision, and hearing exams. Take advantage of these benefits annually.
Stay up to date on vaccines
Flu, pneumonia, and COVID-19 vaccines are available at no cost — and it’s not too late to get protected. Many other vaccinations are also no cost.
