Summer is all about simplifying your life. It’s a season to gather with family and friends, spend time outdoors, and take a break from daily routines.
Summer’s also a good time to check in with your health from an “age-friendly” point of view. Age-friendly health care is an increasingly popular approach that makes sure older patients, as well as their families and caregivers, feel taken care of, valued, and supported.
It’s also about treating the whole person, not just their symptoms, and making health care easier and kinder for everyone involved.
