Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients

1 piece (10cm)
fresh ginger
1 cup
lemon juice (4 lemons)
1/3 cup
maple syrup
6 cups
water

lemons for garnish (optional)
Directions
  1. In a food processor, blend ginger then add lemon juice.
  2. In a large container, mix water and maple syrup with ginger.
  3. Strain out ginger pulp and serve.
