Ingredients

8 ounces
Banza macaroni pasta (or whole wheat or other bean)
1 cup
green peas
1 cup
baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup
red onion, chopped
2 stalks
celery, diced
1 tablespoon
fresh dill
1/2 cup
vegan (or regular) mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons
apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
  3. Add cold pasta and serve to combine.
