Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA)
Find information on outreach and assessment programs, outpatient counseling, in-home services for seniors, and additional resources. Go to www.pcacares.org and under “Services for Seniors” click “Mental & Behavioral Health”. Or call the PCA at 1-888-482-9060.
Healthy Minds Philly®
Healthy Minds Philly is an online tool and resource to support and improve the mental health and well-being of all Philadelphians. Find a calendar of local awareness events, screenings, trainings, and other information online at healthymindsphilly.org.
Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS)
DBHIDS operates a 24-hour telephone hotline to assist people and their families dealing with behavioral health emergencies. Compassionate, trained professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Callers are given counseling, guidance, and direction for receiving prompt evaluative and treatment services. Pennsylvania Association of County Administrators of Mental Health and Developmental Services
The county Mental Health and Developmental Services (MH/DS) program offices determine a person’s eligibility for service funding, assess the need for treatment or other services, and make referrals to appropriate programs for treatment and/or other service needs. Call:
