Strawberry, Jalepeño, Avocado Salsa

This sweet and spicy salsa is packed with vitamins, calcium, and omega-3 healthy fats

Ingredients

Salsa
2 cups (about 12-13 medium-sized berries)
strawberries
2
avocado, sliced
1/2 cup (1-2 jalepeños)
jalapeño
1/4 cup
fresh cilantro
2 tbsp
lime juice
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
1 bag plain
tortilla chips
2 tsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
(optional)
cooking spray
Directions
  1. Wash strawberries, jalapeño, and cilantro,
  2. Chop strawberries, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro, add to medium bowl.
  3. Add lime juice and salt, mix until combined.
  4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl until combined.
  5. Place tortilla chips in a bowl or serving dish, then sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture (spray with cooking spray to help mixture stick if desired).

Note: If you would like the mixture to stick more, add chips to a baking sheet, spray the chips with your favorite oil spray, sprinkle with mixture and bake at 350F for 5-10 minutes.
